Brain Injury Support Group
Second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 12:00 PM

Living with a brain injury can bring unexpected physical, emotional, cognitive, and social challenges that affect every aspect of daily life. Whether your injury resulted from trauma, stroke, illness, or another medical condition, you do not have to face the journey alone.
The Wellness House Brain Injury Support Group provides a safe, compassionate, and welcoming environment where individuals can connect with others who understand the unique challenges of living with a brain injury. Participants have the opportunity to share experiences, ask questions, exchange practical ideas, and learn strategies for managing changes in memory, attention, communication, emotions, relationships, and everyday activities. There is never any pressure to speak. Everyone is encouraged to participate at their own comfort level.
Through education, peer support, and meaningful connection, this group helps participants build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and discover resources that promote greater independence and quality of life. Together, we foster hope, resilience, and a sense of community as each person moves forward on their unique path to recovery.
